CLASS POLICY

TUITION/FEES:

Class fees vary from $10 to $15 for a single class. If you are planning to take more than one class, we encourage you to buy a class card (available in 4-8-16 sessions). Class cards are valid for the whole year in which they were purchased. Tuition/fees must be paid in full prior to class admittance. Class card can be purchased in person, by mail, or online. TEDCO reserves the right to cancel or combine classes. There are no refunds for non-used card after the calendar year has ended. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all returned checks. Before you start your classes, be sure to sign a waiver form.

LEVEL:

Our classes are opened to all levels.

ATTIRE/SAFETY:

Depending on the class, comfortable clothing and appropriate dance attire is required. It is very important for the instructor to be able to observe bodylines. For safety purposes, long hair must be secured away, no hanging jewelry.

CONDUCT:

Proper behavior is expected from everyone. No gum, candy, or food allowed on the dance floor. Dancers may take water bottles into the studio, but they must also be carried out!

PUNCTUALITY:

Participants are expected to be on time for class, in order to ensure that they are properly warmed up for the class and so as not to disrupt others.

OBSERVATION:

Anyone can observe a class for a fee of $5.00. Class observation must be requested in advance.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

When the weather is not favorable please call to confirm as there may be exceptions. Be sure to have your contact information in file for emergency cancellation.
